About me - Michael Noorlander
With more than 35 years in B2B industrial environments, working at management level in both local companies and international teams, my experience includes:
- Working on strategy, marketing, and growth (incl. M&A, sales, production & services)

- Implementing CRM systems across multiple countries
- Coaching leaders and teams

I started with technical sales but soon moved my focus to leadership, people, and how businesses actually function day-to-day.
